There’s just not enough stars, for how much of a game-changer dog fence has been for us. We have an 18 month old Husky puppy, who was initially trying his luck every few days with an escape, to play with the dog next door…. This fast turned into doing a runner every time our back was turned, to taking himself for a walk (run) around the village, and more than once, running headfirst into a bus. Not good for anyone involved, least of all for me, his stressed mama. I was sceptical, my husband was downright reluctant… Even on the install day, I badgered the poor guy with my doubts. In reality, after the initial, included training, I led him just once successfully into the boundary later that day, before Merlin point blank refused.

My boy learnt on day one, where he can and can’t go, and we haven’t had an issue since. So much so, he can now be in the front garden with us too, despite no physical boundary. I am more than happy to speak to anybody considering whether this solution is right for them. Huskies are a tough nut to crack but this system has truly changed our lives for the better.
