Containment Guarantee (applies to installed Systems only).
DogFence offer a containment promise on all Professionally installed Systems provided: that the System is surrounding an entire boundary (single boundaries and 1, 2 or three sided installs do not meet the promise criteria) and that that the computer collar has been correctly fitted (as instructed by the Installer). Customer must prove continuous use of the approved DogWatch battery. Containment guarantee does not apply to cats.
Dog Fence Warranty:
DogFence will warrant for the life of the Transmitters and Receivers on the following products: System 1200, Performance Series and on all Professionally Installed Systems. The Dog Fence Warranty does not apply to cable, collar straps or power supplies. A nominal service and testing fee maybe applied to products returned for testing. All warranties will be dealt with on an express basis. Warranty does not cover loss of receiver or abuse of the receiver/transmitter.. All faulty products must be returned to DogFence for warranty authorisation before a repaired/replacement product is despatched. An upgrade fee may be payable in some instances.
