Dog fence cable 2.5mm. This is cable is suitable for installations under 10 acres. Our dog fence cable is supplied in 100m rolls. Included with each 100m roll are 2 x splice nuts & 25 Training flags.

Our pro grade cable should have a life expectancy of 10 – 12 years. Most DIY fences are supplied with a very thin cable approx 025.mm – 0.6mm (usually red, blue or green).
When installing an electric dog fence it is important to ensure that the correct joins (splice nuts are used). Using tape or electricians splices is not a suitable method of joining electric dog fence cable. Using incorrect joins allows moisture to penetrate the cable and will cause signal issues further down the line.
When training a dog to the system it is important to place flags around the boundary to give a visual indicator to the pet. 25 x 15″ flags per 100m of electric dog fence cable.
